Time Out...

...for women!

On the first weekend in March my Mother and Sister-in-law Becky (see photo above) went up to Denver to enjoy a man free, kid free (except for Linky), spiritually up lifting event. While we were there we met up with some of the Women from Cameron's side of the family.

Friday night was crazy getting, us being stuck behind a blue truck but we made it there just in time. And grateful my mother-in-law saved us some seats. This night we listened to Kenneth Cope sing, the amazing Sister "something" (can't remember her name) up lift us with lessons on how to teach correct principles and allow them to govern themselves. Following her Mark (?) who is well known for his Reflections of Christ photography told us of his personal story of coming unto Christ. To Close the night was Michael Mclean who through is talent of song writing is both hillarous and emotionally confronting. With his song he told a story and bore his testimony of Christ and let us know that he loves us! Some of his songs he sang were: Your Not Alone, From God's Arms to Yours, She's An Angel, Dairy Man's Daughter (which is my favorite), and others.

Saturday we listened to Kenneth Cope some more, DeAnne Cope, S. Michael Wilcox, Wendy Ulrich, and Mary Ellen Edmunds.
If any you ever get the chance please go!
