Trip to Utah and Idaho

Trip to Utah
The end of May we went to Utah to attend Cameron's sister's wedding, our niece baptism, and to visit friends. Here are the highlights of our trip

Grandpa Coon's Swings
It is a right of passage when you belong in the Coon family to swing on Great Grandpa Coon's Swings. He made these swings years ago and they are now a beloved memory to cherish. Cameron is one of the Coolest and I dare say the favorite uncle to many of his nieces and nephews. I think it is because he is still just a BIG kid at heart. Here he is below swinging on the swings sitting on one of his nephews laps! Brooklyn is beside him getting push by a sweet cousin.
Friends
About a year ago now some good friends of ours moved to the Beautiful state of Utah! Since we miss them dearly we made plans to join them at a park for David's Birthday Celebration. We ate lunch and got rained on. Luckily we were under a sheltered area but it didn't stop the kids or the BIG kids (the dad's) from getting all wet. Good times!
The Wedding
Cameron's older sister Tawnie was getting married at a beautiful place in Logan, Utah! It was a fun event filled with Lincoln's tears, a quick visit to the temple, playing with cousins, and dancing the night away!

The Happy Couple, David and Tawnie

My Silent Avonlea was swept away from her Uncle Chris and spend most of the night on the dance floor on his shoulders! She had so much fun and I love to see her smile!

Grandma Coon's grave site, we all stop by to show our respect and us after our nieces Baptism (I was sad to realize I didn't get a single photo of her)! Avy took a liking to her and Kaylie to Avy after they found out they had something in common... being shy. So they were shy together. They are both the 2nd girl to be born in the Coon man family.

Trip To Idaho Falls

On Memorial day we drove up to Idaho Falls to visit my Brother and his cute little family.

Feeding the Ducks at the Falls

The kids loved to feed the ducks and get out to stretch out their legs! Lots of traveling wears out little kids and a trip to play with cousins without too much to do was just what they needed to insure a good happy drive home. They played at a really cool park and we had 6 loafs of bread to feed the ducks with (for just a $1). We also got to meet their newest addition, Jayson. He is just a happy baby that Brooklyn adored! Us adults stayed up late playing games (Wacky six) and watching movies (Dear John). Good times!

After being gone for almost a week, we were happy to return to our home safely. Home Sweet Home!
